Residential Conveyancing Assistant

A well established multi disciplinary law firm with offices across the North West are seeking a Residential Conveyancing Assistant to join their Residential Conveyancing team based at their Sefton office due to a period of expansion.
The Role:
You will be assisting with a case load of Residential Conveyancing matters to include sales and purchases, re-mortgaging and equity release.
The Ideal Candidate:
You will have previous experience working within Residential Conveyancing and a willingness to learn and progress in this area.
Good attention to detail, able to work to deadlines and a flexible approach.
Experience with case management systems
Good IT skills
Salary and Benefits:
Salary up to 25,000, depending on experience.
