SalaryMy client, an award-winning legal firm are looking to recruit a Finance Assistant to join their rapidly growing business on a permanent basis.
The successful candidate will have 1 years’ experience in a similar accounting position and will be keen to join a professional company!
Key Responsibilities
- Processing invoices inline with agreed terms with clients
- Ensuring bills are produced
- Producing reports in relation to balances
- Maintaining accounts, undertaking basic amendments, and setting up payments
- Assist the wider finance team as and when
- Act as a first point of contact for any finance related queries and managing the inbox
- A minimum of 1 years’ experience in a finance or accountancy related role
- Ideally the candidate will come from a legal or professional services background
- Strong IT knowledge and accounting software experience
- Ability to be proactive and pick up new systems quickly
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- £22,000 - £28,000 (DOE)
- Maidstone, Kent
- Hybrid working option – 3 days in the office, 2 days from home
- Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm
- Free parking onsite
