Award-winning, regional law firm looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancing Legal Assistant to join their Liverpool offices.

Within this Residential Conveyancing Legal Assistant role, you will be responsible for:

• Preparing and collating initial quotes for clients


• Assisting Fee Earners with their caseload


• Communicating with clients over the telephone, via email or face to face


• Taking initial instruction


• Opening and closing files


• Drafting letters and administrational duties

The successful candidate for this Residential Conveyancing Legal Assistant role will ideally have at least 6 months previous experience in Residential Property law, has excellent client care and communication skills, is able to work well as part of a team and is ambitious with their long-term career goals.
