Hourly rates, from £16.00 – £20.00 per hour

We are recruiting for Residential Housing Support Workers for an organisation in the South Oxfordshire area that provides semi independent living accommodation to support people who need care and support to help them live independently, find housing and maintain their tenancy.

Your role will include the assistance of managing a housing scheme, providing advice and support to the residents;
• supporting residents to access housing, employment or education and other services
• helping residents to understand benefits and services available to them
• ensuring residents live in a safe and secure environment
• carrying out health and safety assessments
• doing risk assessments with individuals
• filling in financial records such as rent, arrears and petty cash

This is a fantastic opportunity for applicants who are looking for a role as a Residential Housing Support Worker. You will need good communication skills, experience of working in health and social care, housing and homelessness or Youth Worker, and have full availability.
