Residential Lawyer

An excellent opportunity awaits an ambitious Associate to join a fantastic UK firm in their Residential team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a high-performing, top-ranked Legal 500 team.

The team acts for high-net-worth individuals and a number of established and high profile urban and rural estate clients.  The team aims to provide a highly organised, efficient and cost-effective service to our existing clients and to build on this reputation to further grow the practice.  The successful candidate will have the opportunity to play a key part in achieving this aim.

Experience required:

• Qualified in England and Wales.   NQ to 3 year PQE who gained experience of residential leasehold property management experience during their training contract or after qualification Strong academics. Ability to give practical, clear advice. Excellent communication skills. Motivated and enthusiastic. Self-starter with plenty of drive and initiative. Residential experience, including dealing with letting transactions and mortgages on houses and flats.
