Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 (depending on experience)

The Opportunity:

Currently seeking a Residential Property Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer to join their growing team, this role offers the chance to be part of a firm that values hard work, client satisfaction, and a positive work-life balance.

The Role:

- Manage a caseload of Residential Property matters, including but not limited to, sales, purchases, remortgages, lease extensions, and equity transfers.
- Deliver exceptional client service, offering clear, concise advice and building lasting relationships.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and external parties to ensure a smooth and efficient conveyancing process.
- Participate in business development and networking opportunities to build the firm’s profile and attract new clients.

Candidate Profile:

- A qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer, ideally with NQ-5 years of PQE in residential conveyancing.
- A strong understanding of the conveyancing process from start to finish.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A genuine passion for property law and client service.
