Residential Sales Executive - South Leinster

Our client, a leading manufacturer & provider of masonry products in Ireland, is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Residential Sales Executive to join their dynamic sales team, to be based in South Leinster.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing a portfolio of existing clients while building new relationships, and will develop detailed specifications for residential projects, from initial consultation to project completion.

The Ideal Candidate

If you have the following skills, you will be a great fit for the role, and we want to hear from you:

• 5+ years' experience in a Residential Sales Executive role or similar
• Expertise in developing detailed specifications for construction projects essential.
• Previous experience in the construction industry preferred.
• Strong ability to work on your own initiative.
• Confident when presenting with excellent communication skills.
• Full, clean driving licence essential.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budget constraints.
• Develop detailed specifications for residential construction projects, including materials, construction methods, timelines, and estimated costs.
• Select appropriate materials for each project, considering factors such as quality, cost, and availability.
• Ensure that all construction activities comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors involved in the construction process, overseeing their work to ensure quality and adherence to schedule.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
