This is an excellent opportunity to elevate your career with an extremely well-established brand within the City of London, with the company first opening their doors in the late 1800's! The client operates as an independent outfit providing many different pillars to the business such as charted surveying, lease advisory, planning and development and much more. This opportunity sits within their residential team.
Day to day roles of this valuer would be to provide up to date valuations on existing client portfolios. There is also an element to the position to focus on adding new properties to the existing managed portfolio. These client portfolios vary from charities to family trusts.
The progression of your career doesn't just stop with expanding an existing portfolio, for the right individual the business will invest in APC's, ARLA's and RICS qualifications.
The residential team is currently made up of two negotiators, one property administrator and five property managers. All of which are based inhouse making move-ins, enquiries, and any other cross selling seamless. The successful candidate will be working closely alongside a director of the business who has over 20 years' experience within the field you will have all the tools necessary to swiftly learn the model in which they operate.
The company are renowned for their long-term relationship building, customer service levels and professional presence across Central London. Your role would be vital to build on this already outstanding name.
The package on offer for the successful candidate is a basic salary of up to £45,000 plus a performance-based bonus structure in place. Working pattern is 5 day working weeks Monday to Friday.
Ideal Candidate:
- Existing Valuer with an agency background
- Understands how to g=grow existing portfolios
- Can pitch for business to clients
- Understands how to manage Landlord Relationships
- A tenacious attitude along with an eye for detail
- Great customer service skills
- Working well in a team environment
