Hours: 09:00-17:30 (flexibility on hours is provided if needed)

The Resource Coordinator Opportunity:
As Resource Coordinator, you will work with our office manager in an important administrative function, supporting the team with scheduling of projects across the country.
This might be the perfect opportunity for you if you are excited about joining a rapidly growing business and have a clear ambition to grow with the business helping shape it as a modern, innovative environmental consultancy. The scope of this role is flexible and will give you an opportunity to shape your place in the business and could lead to roles in finance, marketing or even ecology.
You must live within commuting distance to Chalgrove, Oxfordshire or be willing to relocate, although flexible working will enable you to work some time from home.
Key responsibilities:
+ Providing resourcing and logistic management for the team
+ Maintaining and managing all field equipment
+ Diary management
+ Survey data management support
+ Assisting with the maintenance of the CRM database
+ Undertaking ad hoc jobs throughout the winter period as required in Business Support
About you:
Essential:
+ Genuine and demonstrable enthusiasm for ecology and the environment
+ Excellent customer service skills
+ Highly organised with strong attention to detail
+ Ability to multitask, juggling several tasks at once
+ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
+ Good IT skills – including use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
+ Enthusiastic, self-motivated and strong desire to succeed
+ Friendly with the ability to negotiate and be firm when necessary
+ A team player
+ Able to prioritise and work under pressure
+ Hold a full driving licence with access to the use of a car
Desirable:
+ A previous background in logistics is advantageous
