SalaryAs an HR Operations Coordinator, you will provide high-quality, accurate, and efficient administration service across the employee lifecycle, including joiners, movers, and leavers. Day to Day of the role:
- Support new employees through efficient administration of their onboarding, answering questions, and being a point of contact.
- Prepare offer paperwork including contracts, background checks, and right-to-work documentation.
- Register new starters on our HR Management system, set up new starter employee folders, and coordinate introductory and probationary meetings.
- Maintain and update employee records and data on the HR Management system, ensuring accuracy and data integrity.
- Collaborate with line managers to create induction plans and ensure new employees have the correct learning plans, including mandatory trainings, assigned.
- Coordinate probationary review processes and track completion.
- Assist with visa applications, maintaining accurate immigration records and processes.
- Support the creation and maintenance of process guides and instruction manuals for local HR processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach.
- Background in delivering excellent customer service.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a global team across different geographies and time zones.
- Experience with HR Management systems and maintaining employee records.
- Familiarity with visa applications and immigration processes is advantageous.
