Temporary Hr Administrator

Are you an experienced HR administrator with an interest in higher education?

We have registered a lovely role for this impressive educational organisation. This small and good-natured team is seeking a superb Temporary HR Administrator to support their HR Officer with various administrative tasks.

If you re IT literate and a quick learner, this could be the role for you!

This full-time role will be starting as soon as possible.

Due to the nature of the role, a DBS check may be required. Please only apply if you are happy to work on this basis.

Please note, this is a temporary position paid on a weekly PAYE basis. This role will start quickly, so sadly candidates with a lengthy notice period cannot be considered.

Temporary HR Administrator Responsibilities

• The successful candidate will assist the team by organising the HR filing, entering information where required, and sorting data.
• They will amend employee contracts accurately.
• They will also amend government records.
• They will support the HR Office with any other administrative and logistical task as required.

• Able to liaise with a range of contacts professionally
• High levels of confidentiality and discretion
• IT literate - proficient with the full MS Office suite

Our client is located in Oxford (OX4). There is sadly no parking, however there are many public transport links running close by.
