Do you have dedicated experience in HR and Payroll?
We have registered a truly excellent temporary opportunity to join our exciting non-for-profit client in a fast-paced and varied role.
You will be responsible for the running of the monthly payroll, alongside managing the HR and Payroll system.
This assignment is to start immediately and will be ongoing for a few months initially. However, it will have the opportunity to go permanent for the right candidate.
Please note, this is a temporary position paid on a weekly PAYE basis. This role will start immediately, so sadly candidates with a lengthy notice period cannot be considered.
Temporary HR & Payroll Administrator Responsibilities
- Produce accurate reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Working with auditors for Finance and HR audits
- Support the IT team with updates, user access and technical issues
- Support training managers with creating and maintaining user guides
- Take responsibility of year end actions
- Run Monthly payroll for upwards of 800 staff
- Be the main point of contact for all payroll related issues
- Produce remittance reports and administer Employee benefits.
- Ensure accurate reporting to HMRC

Temporary HR & Payroll Administrator Requirements
It is essential you have dedicated experience running payroll and are knowledgeable in all areas of relevant legislation and compliance. A background in HR systems management will also be key to your success in this role.

- Analytical approach to tasks
- Strong IT user
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to work as part of a team, whilst taking initiative on tasks
- An ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to tight deadlines.
