The ideal candidate will have broad knowledge of Human Resources and will be able to work autonomously and efficiently to ensure the end-to-end running of HR Operations.
Some of your key responsibilities will be…
- Develop and implement HR group strategy covering: recruitment, employee relations, terms and conditions, training plans, succession planning, performance appraisals, and quality management.
- Source talent (directly and indirectly) through crafting job descriptions and person specifications, advertising for roles, conducting shortlisting, interviews – until we find our perfect fit!
- Provide guidance and coaching throughout the entire process of handling intricate employment relations issues.
- Facilitate staff training and development by aiding in the identification of organisational and individual training needs. Collaborate with Managers to formulate a succession planning strategies.
- Mentoring and supporting the development of line managers, acting as first point of contact for HR queries and on management support and advice.
- Organise and prepare staff analysis reports for the business as required.
- Track absences and provide analysis reports to relevant Managers.
- Take ownership of projects – implementation of HRIS, talent acquisition strategies, change management initiatives, HR compliance audits, and plenty more!

Education and Experience
- CIPD or equivalent qualification essential
- Substantial experience working as a HR Generalist (or similar!)
- Strong working knowledge of employment law and current legislation and familiar with best practice on all Human Resource issues.
