Hr Coordinator

Are you looking for a new and exciting HR role, which is FULLY REMOTE?
Ashley Kate are delighted to be supporting a debt recovery firm, as they look to recruit for a full time HR Coordinator.
This role will be for a period of 6 months.
The salary for this role will be between GBP30k - GBP32k, depending on experience.
HR Coordinator:
Responsibilities include:
The HR Coordinator will provide a Full HR administrative service across the full employee lifecycle
Deal with low level ER related queries and casework.
Process monthly payroll changes and manage relevant information.
Support on the development and implementation of HR process and policies
Provide support to the HR team across the full HR function
Be able to coordinate new starters and leavers processes.
Act as the FPOC for HR, payroll and benefits related matters
Play an active role in recruitment, screening, offers and contracts
Experience required:
Possess solid HR administrative skills
Have covered the full employee lifecycle
Possess payroll experience
Experience with ADP, preferable
CIPD Level 5 qualified
Need to be able to travel to Northampton - once per month
Excellent attention to detail
