About The Role
We are seeking a Resource Planner / Administrator to join our team at our office in Manchester. Candidates must ideally have a minimum of 6 months experience of working in a healthcare environment.
The hours of work are 37.5 hours per week Monday-Sunday.
Person Specification
We are looking for someone who has the following:
· Working in a healthcare background is desirable.
· A positive, can-do attitude, taking pride in their work and being passionate about their practice.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills and IT literacy are essential.
· Experience within an inbound/outbound call centre.
· Understanding of the implications of the Data Protection Act, Caldicott Principles and GDPR
· A flexible approach to work and able to work across 7 days (Mon-Sun)
· Ability to build exceptional relationships within a diverse, dynamic working environment.
· The ability to remain calm when working under pressure.
