About the Opportunity
The role will be responsible for the collation, updating and coordination of critical Resource Planning and forecasting data across a major framework. This role reports into the Operations Director and will interact with numerous stakeholders across the business in order to support the delivery of operational excellence. This is a great opportunity to enter the world of Operational Excellence.
  • A people person - able to work with numerous stakeholders across a variety of projects.
  • Supporting the Data Analytics and Insights team by problem solving and correcting data.
  • Inputting and correcting resource forecasts to accurately reflect project spend and position.
  • Uploading data to the resource data base.
  • General administration support to the Operations Team.
  • Co-ordinating meetings, training and work shops to educate on process and adoption.

Essential Qualifications & Experience:
  • Discretion & trustworthiness.
  • Strong organisational and logistical skills and experience.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and influencing skills to provide an agile and flexible service.
  • Ability to work across organisations.
  • Ability to multi-task and work under own initiative.
  • Able to work under short term pressure to resolve emerging issues in a timely and responsive manner.
  • Be competent in using all Microsoft office applications.
  • Be able to obtain Security Clearance.
