The role
As a Resource Planning Team Leader you will manage and support the work streams of the Resource Planning Admin Team by providing a consistent, timely and cost-effective service to internal and external customers. You oversee work allocations and ensure all work streams are monitored and achieved across the business, including where touch point customer services teams have involvement in problem resolution. You will be the key liaison with stakeholders for escalations around Resource Planning provision and service levels whilst ensuring best practice and compliance is driven within the customer base.
What will make you successful in the role?
We are looking for someone with experience in leading a team, with a focus on work allocation and people management. You’ll be resilient and solution focussed, with experience managing escalations and complaints. You’ll also be a strong communicator and influencer, with experience in interpreting data to make business decisions.
