The Ideal Candidate:

• Proven track record as a Restaurant or Bar Manager in a high-end establishment.
• Extensive knowledge of mixology and a passion for crafting innovative cocktails.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluency in English and Dutch being a plus.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service is paramount.
• Familiarity with Portuguese cuisine is a valuable asset.
