Restaurant Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dining establishment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the hospitality industry and possess strong leadership skills to ensure the restaurant's success.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of food production, including menu planning, preparation, and presentation
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment
- Supervise and train kitchen staff, including cooks and other team members
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed with supplier.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any guest concerns or complaints promptly
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize restaurant sales and profitability
- Create a positive work environment by fostering teamwork and collaboration among staff members

Skills:
- Solid background in food production, food safety, and culinary techniques and food industry background.
- Proven experience in supervising and leading a team in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff members
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact effectively with customers and employees
- Previous experience in hotel or restaurant management is a plus

Pay: £23,204.21-£38,000.00 per year
