Restaurant Manager  

Location: San Mateo, California  

Salary: $75,000 to $85,000 + Benefits

Key Responsibilities:

• Day to day operations of the restaurant
• Ensures customers are satisfied and brand standards are being maintained
• Continual development of the team and provides support and training
• Creates great working atmosphere for the team
• Administrative duties as needed by the General Manager

The ideal General Manager:

• At least 2 years experience as a Manager at a fast casual restaurant
• High volume experience - $8million annual sales  and large team management
• Able to communicate effectively to guests and Front/Back of House team members
• Skilled in computer programs
• Possesses a proven track record for guest satisfaction
• Able to maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times
