Salary:£40,000 + Service Charge (expected £7,000 per annum)
Service periods: The restaurant is primarily open for dinner only, Tuesday to Saturday. Occasionally open for lunch service.

What you will do as Restaurant General Manager at Ekstedt at The Yard
- Own the Ekstedt at The Yard Restaurant concept, ensuring every aspect of the operation stays true to this concept, and deliver it
- Be creative and stay up-to-date with the market to be able to come up with new business ideas
- Work closely with the restaurant head chef to deliver the Ekstedt experience
- Recruit, train and support all members of the team, keeping a very good communication and bringing a sense of fun into your role to help maintain the positive atmosphere that exists across our teams
