Restaurant Manager

Job Overview:

The role of a Restaurant Manager in an Indian cuisine restaurant encompasses a range of responsibilities that are unique to the cuisine and dining experience.

We are seeking a dedicated Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dining establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the hospitality industry, possess excellent leadership skills, and ensure exceptional customer service for Wedesi Restaurant Bradford.

Responsibilities:

- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance overall restaurant performance
- Train and mentor staff to deliver high-quality service
- Collaborate with chefs to plan, develop, and update the menu offerings based on authentic Indian cuisine, seasonal ingredients, and customer preferences.
-Ensure menu items are culturally authentic and meet quality standards.
- Monitor food quality and presentation standards
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional manner
- Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction by maintaining a welcoming and hospitable environment.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a prompt and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain efficient food preparation processes

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in Indian restaurant management or a related field
- Proficiency in, kitchen operations, food production, and culinary practices
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Hospitality or culinary degree preferred but not required

Pay: Up to £40,000.00 per year
