Restaurant Manager / General Manager

Restaurant Manager /General Manager - Exclusive Privately Owned Restaurant with Rooms - Exeter Outskirts - Up to £45K 

We're looking for a experienced hospitality professional with previous experience of working in restaurants and hotels of excellence, a history of working in AA 2-3 Rosette standard premises is preferred.

You will be proficient in excellent restaurant service, preferably have experience of working in a managerial position at a business with letting rooms and be happy working hands on. You will have a proven track record of managing staff and use this experience to take control of a team of up to 20 staff including front of house and kitchen staff.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with drive, motivation and enthusiasm dedicated to achieving high standards. You will have overall responsibility of running the business working closely with the owners. 

Excellent Salary Package up to £45K, current working a 4 day week rising to 5 days per week in 2024.
