Responsibilities
PLANNING & DELIVERING RESULTS
To work with the General Manager in understanding the P&L and working to maximise sales opportunities without compromising the guest experience,
To monitor performance across all areas of the restaurant before, during and after service in order to deliver exceptional service to customers.
TEAMWORK & DEVELOPING OTHERS
To maintain a high quality, motivated and professional team.
To assist others with their performance through training and development.
To ensure that the full team, comply with all health and safety and food hygiene legislation.
COMMUNICATION
To communicate with the kitchen and front of house teams effectively, to achieve the highest possible standards for customers.
To attend and contribute to, regular team meetings
PROBLEM SOLVING & DECISION MAKING
Work effectively under pressure, to deliver a smooth customer experience
To pay attention to the small details, that help to deliver the highest possible standards.
To promote best practice within the restaurant and constantly look to improve processes and procedures.
