Watling Goldsmiths’ is an independent, family run business located in the beautiful National Trust Village of Lacock. Designer Jeweller Jane Watling, owner, designer and goldsmith designs and makes the jewellery on the premises. Watlings has been established for 50 years and is well know for Jane's unique and individual high quality designs. We pride ourselves on serving our valued customers to the highest standard. We are a small team of friendly, hard working people.
This is a wonderful opportunity for you to join our close team of passionate individuals. You will be provided with many opportunities to train and learn about the highest quality designer jewellery including silver, gold, platinum, sapphires, natural diamonds and much more.
Hard working staff are always provided with opportunities to progress within their role. After working at Watlings for a period of time, you will be offered to complete the National Association Jewellers (NAJ) courses, fully paid for by the business. Delivered by the NAJ in partnership with Awards for Training in Higher Education (ATHE), the qualifications are used and trusted by the sector, giving you the confidence and knowledge to help you progress within your jewellery career at Watlings.
Our ideal candidate will be experienced in and passionate about providing the highest standard of customer service. Previous experience with jewellery is not required as training will be provided on the job.

The shop is open Tuesday to Saturday 10am-5pm
We are looking for a full time member of staff to work with us 5 days a week Tuesday Saturday 9am-5:30pm.
