SalaryThe global COO is seeking suitably skilled talent to join the UK commercial team able to occupy a board position in the next few years.
In preparation for the executive table, you will be accountable for leading a commercial retail team across top four and discounter customers overseeing brand and own label solutions in chilled and frozen categories.
Whilst team leadership will be central to success it will be supported through your commercial awareness to identify upcoming strategic growth opportunities within new and existing customers.
Consideration will be offered to those able to manage relentlessly aspiring stakeholders, fast paced growth aspirations and have an aptitude for explaining their “numbers” when required.
It’s an open culture with no place for mediocrity, but a learning ground for the aspiringly successful.
