Job Title: Retail Manager
Ready to step into an amazing career? Join us in a leading role as Sales Manager. This is a full-time role which can typically include weekends and night shifts to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service. Our business is open 24 hours.
What you will do:
Creating a welcoming atmosphere & great one to one customer experiences. Identifying and maximising sales opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets. To ensures customer complaints and queries regarding sales and service are appropriately handled. Leading by example in everything you do. Taking ownership & full responsibility for the performance of a small shop & team. Utilising the resources to plan, organise and train staff. Delegate tasks and solve problems swiftly, monitors and reviews staff performance. Liaises with other staff and Manager to provide information about merchandise, special promotions etc. to customers. To ensures that adequate reserves of merchandise are held and that stock keeping is carried out efficiently. Following and maintaining company policies and procedures. Oversees the maintenance of financial and other records and controls security arrangements for the premises. Authorises payment for supplies received and decides on vending price, discount rates and credit terms. Examines quality of merchandise and ensures that effective use is made of advertising and display facilities. Observing and handling return of damage or wrong stock.
What You Will Need to Have:
• A responsible approach and excellent communication skills so you can provide your colleagues with feedback to help develop themselves and the store

• The ability to effectively delegate tasks and motivate a team
