Wage: Starting at £22,600 per annum with achievable monthly incentive schemes which could increase your salary by 25%
Hours: 9:00am to 5.00pm 5 days over 7 on a rota basis (Sunday 10am to 4pm)

Ableworld UK are recruiting for a Retail Sales Adviser to join both our Crewe and Nantwich store, you will be based 3 days at Crewe and 2 days at Nantwich, eventually Crewe being your permanent base.

What will your responsibilities be?
- Working within a team in a very rewarding environment supporting the elderly and disabled.
- Dedicated in providing all our customers with quality products and excellent customer experience.
- An exceptional individual who provides advice and assistance to our customers.
- Processing stock/deliveries received into the store therefore the ability to lift and handle stock/store fixtures is essential.
- Play an important role on the sales floor supporting your team and Store Manager in helping and advising our customers.
What do we require from you?
- Confidence to discuss products with customers over the phone and in person (full training given)
- Flexibility to support the team and your store in peak trade periods.
- Pride in store standards to maintain the retail shop floor and stockrooms to a high standard.
- Ability to build rapport with our regular in store customers and local business customers.
- Good organisational skills
- A patient and caring nature
- Professionalism and outgoing personality
A full driving licence and access to a car on a daily basis is essential for this role and a DBS disclosure will be required (for which Ableworld UK will meet the cost).
