Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions
- Effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and phone etiquette
- Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
Skills:
- Fluent in both English languages
- Strong selling and communication skills
- Ability to upsell products to increase sales revenue
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of phone etiquette for professional customer interactions
- Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £8.00-£11.50 per hour
