Location: South and West London - Home/Field based (Candidates must be flexible with travel)
Salary: up to £32,000 (Depending on skills and experience)

Essential Criteria for all candidates:
- Must hold a recognised Assessor award: D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA.
- Must be an experienced Retail Manager with experience of working within a Warehouse OR be an experienced Warehouse Manager.
- Ideally have experience of delivering full Apprenticeships in Retail and/or Warehousing, though this is not essential as our client is happy to upskill!
- Must have experience of delivering internal training to staff within a Warehouse setting.
- Excellent IT skills and confident with online remote delivery.
- Full, clean driving licence and own vehicle.
- Must be flexible with travel.
- Assess and support learners working towards New Apprenticeship Standards in Trade Counter, Warehousing, Business Admin and Customer Service.
- Deliver training and support to learners undertaking Functional Skills - Maths, English and ICT to level 2.
- Conduct online and face to face observations learners to gather evidence towards their qualifications.
- Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted.
- Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
- Support, advise and motivate learners.
- Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
- Meet Assessor KPI’s in terms of timely visits, quality paperwork and general administration.
- Must be an excellent communicator who is learner and quality focussed.
- Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people.
