Our client based on Wrexham Industrial Estate are looking for an additional Retentions Advisor to join their team.
As a Retentions Advisor you will be liaising with customers to resolve any complaints and disputes to find suitable solutions in a timely manner.
You will be dealing with a variety of initial queries, remaining customer focused to find the most suitable conclusion
Having a calm, level-headed approach to problem solving with an ability to make decisions that reflect a well thought out process.
Ability to work both individually and as part of a team. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to customers
Be confident in your ability to make decisions and provide an appropriate resolution to customer enquiries.
Ability to manage a very busy workload through an internal CRM system.
Engage in contractual matters with exceptional negotiation skills for the retention of their valued customers.
The successful candidate will have a recent experience in a similar position, finding solutions, and working in a fast-paced busy environment with strong negotiation, problem solving and diplomacy skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal and IT skills are a must with an ability to organise and prioritise workloads to meet deadlines.
