We are currently looking for a Retrofit Customer Advisor to join our expanding Sustainability team on a fixed term contract until 30th September 2025.
This is a varied role to support the Group’s Retrofit programme, acting as the first point of contact and supporting customers throughout the retrofit installation journey to help make homes more energy efficient.
You will provide information, answer questions, and encourage customers to take part in the retrofit programme. You will also work closely with the Retrofit team, arranging appointments for surveys and arranging access for contractors to carry out the works.
Following completion of the works you will visit customers and ensure they are happy with the works and support them to understand how the new technologies work. You will then carry out customer satisfaction surveys and help develop resource materials to support customers though the retrofit intervention.
Some of the things we are looking for:
Knowledge of construction and/or property management
Experience of working with and supporting customers
Experience of working with contractors and consultants
Strong IT skills, with good working knowledge in core platforms including MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint
Experience in visiting residents and confidently explaining the works that are proposed would be considered desirable
Level 3 Retrofit Advice or Domestic Energy Assessor training or equivalent would be considered beneficial (or training can be provided)
Although this role is home based, you will be required to travel to Group offices in Worcester/Solihull and other locations throughout the West Midlands/Worcestershire areas as required.
