SalaryOne of London’s high ranking US Law Firms is seeking a Revenue Coordinator to join their fast-paced London finance team to provide direct billing and collections support for all London Partners and Associates.
Salary circa £50,000 DOE
Hybrid working (3 office days, 2 remote)
Offices close to Liv St and Fen St stations
Reporting into the Finance Manager, the Revenue Coordinator will support with all stages of the billing process from prebills to post billing care and collections. The firm use the Elite 3e system and the [reference is for the desired candidate to have current exposure to this platform.
Revenue Coordinator duties include;
- Produce and distribute monthly WIP & AR reports to London Partners.
- Distribute monthly prebills.
- Review and process billing documentation according to Partner instructions.
- Apply established and developed knowledge of UK Customs & Excise Invoice regulations, Solicitors’ Accounts Rules (SAR) and VAT regulations.
- Review and distribute prebilling documents for special billing arrangements and obtain necessary documentation if necessary
- Review client billing rates, data, and billing currency ensuring final bills are accurate to ensure data integrity.
- Oversee e-billing submissions including new timekeepers, rejections, reductions, delayed payments.
- Proactively manage and follow up on aged debts.
- Responsible for collection activity for Partners and provide support on other collection items as required.
The Revenue Coordinator will possess;
- Minimum two years of law firm billing experience using 3E.
- Strong data accuracy and Excel skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to provide a first class service to all levels within and outside the firm.
