The Job Role

• A commercially focused revenue and Sales Office Manager
• Lead the revenue office team and support the hotel strategy
• Prepare Forecasts and Budgets for all segments of the business
• Manage relationships with online travel agencies
• Responsible for the strategy to drive rooms and M&E revenue within the business
• Analysing market information and market trends to support revenue decisions
• The experienced revenue Office Manager will drive, motivate and develop the team
• Review business plans, identify gaps and meet set targets

The Requirements

• Previous experience in a revenue role within the hospitality industry
• Responsible for leading and motivating a commercial team
• To update weekly forecasting and set appropriate strategies
• The experienced Revenue Office Manager will be able to implement agreed strategy and demonstrate tangible results
• Experience of producing rooms forecasts with the ability to maximise revenue
