Reward Advisor/Partner
Wimbledon
£50K - £60K per annum
Our client is seeking an experienced Reward Advisor to join their team, covering a 12-month Maternity contract. You will provide a key role supporting a busy reward team in a dynamic and growing international business. This is an exciting role which will covers the full range of reward activities across our global locations. You will:
- Support with reward projects, initiatives and business as usual activity
- Manage the Reward shared inbox and act as front-line support for reward queries, coordinating with other People teams, and escalating to the Reward Partner where appropriate
- Regularly review benefit and reward policy documentation to ensure these are accurate and up to date
- Support the annual bonus and annual salary review process
- Coordinate weekly team meetings and take note of any actions, updating trackers / progress charts where necessary
- Participate in daily review of Workday business processes, such as compensation changes, job requisitions and other data changes
- Assist the Reward Partner in managing case load for any queried items, and liaise with other People colleagues as necessary
- Assist with yearly review and update of salary ranges following publication of external compensation data in Q4 in preparation for annual salary review in Q1
- Conduct initial job evaluation (using Willis Towers Watson's global grading methodology) and provide benchmarking info on ad-hoc basis and within existing job band structure and reward framework
- Support renewal process for existing benefits or implementation of new benefits for all locations
- Extract wellbeing, benefit and reward engagement statistics and comments, collate feedback and identify trends and present back to Reward team
- Assist pay gap reporting and analysis processes
- Ensure the employee information on the share administration platform is properly maintained on a regular basis; provide information to our Finance & Tax teams as required; provide reports and analysis regarding share schemes as required; participate in weekly calls with our 3rd party share administrator and participate in planning and preparation for any share events
- Support the testing process for the bi-annual Workday releases
- Assist with relocations and global mobility processes on an ad-hoc basis, coordinating with other People teams and providing information and documentation to our tax and relocation providers as required
- Provide monthly/quarterly reporting for salary and bonus plans to Finance for forecasting purposes
- Assist with Procurement process for new suppliers/agreements
- Support any other reward and HR projects and priorities as required
The ideal candidate will:
- Have a minimum of 3+ years working in an operational HR team, involved in key reward processes such as annual salary reviews and benefit renewals
- Have knowledge of Workday HRIS, in particular the compensation modules
- Have familiarity with job evaluation methodologies (Willis Towers Watson preferred), job architectures, reward frameworks and benchmarking processes
- Have advanced Excel skills and ability to work confidently with large volumes of employee data and high level of attention to detail
- Have good numerical and analytical skills
- Have the ability to communicate confidently at all levels verbally and in writing
- Have good judgment - knowing when to escalate an issue combined with a willingness to be flexible where appropriate
- Have good organisational and time management skills - a highly organised and hands-on approach to work is required
Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm. Hybrid role.
