Oakleaf Partnership are working with a global engineering firm who are looking for a Reward and Benefits Specialist to join the team on a 12-month FTC.
Reporting into the Director of Talent and Reward you will have a number of responsibilities including:
- Taking ownership of the Reward and Benefits strategy for the organisation.
- Driving and implementing a competitive Reward and benefit strategy for the firm.
- Redesigning and formulating a job architecture framework for the business.
- Supporting with designing compensation and Benefits policies and procedures.
- Conducting market analysis to ensure compensation and Benefits offerings are competitive.
We are looking for someone who has strong total reward operational experience with evidence of implementing a reward strategy.
