Oakleaf Partnership are partnering with a manufacturing business based near Burton - on - Trent.
Our client is looking for a HR Business Partner who will partner with the on-site Operations Director and the leadership team. The site has circa 500 employees and you will work alongside the HR team to focus on talent, capability, performance, and engagement for this site.
The role
The HR Business Partner will develop key relationships with the senior leadership team on site and execute performance cycles, talent planning and annual compensation planning. This is a pivotal role at one of their largest sites and will lead and support on all change activity and lead on improving ways of working and organisational effectiveness. You will be responsible for high profile employee relations cases but will support the central ER team as and when is required.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for a proven HR Business Partner / Generalist who has worked within the manufacturing, logistics field previously. This role will be based on site so will require you to have strong thought leadership around talent, performance and engagement and have proven experience across the employee relations field. If you have worked with trade unions previously that would be an advantage for this role.
