Already a top 100 law firm with links around the world, they are offering a rare opportunity to an advisor who has been working in legal or professional services, who has been dealing with rewards issues, and who would relish the opportunity to develop their knowledge of the Rewards and benefit function within a progressive law firm. The HR specialist who takes this role will be providing advice and guidance on reward and Benefits policy, whilst working on the benefits programme, supporting the annual salary review process, proposing and developing new reward and Benefits programmes, and overseeing the firm's wellbeing programme. This is a role where new ideas will be welcomed and acted upon, and where the role holder will be a key member of a highly supportive HR team.
