Reward & Global Mobility Analyst

We have an exciting opportunity for a Reward & GM specialist to join one of our clients in the UK. This person will play a vital role in providing guidance and support to HR and business leaders regarding policies and practices within Reward and international mobility.

Key Responsibilities:

Reward –

• Analyse HR & Payroll data from SuccessFactors and other sources to improve reporting.
• Support the Reward & Benefits Manager in various reward initiatives.
• Stay updated on compensation market trends.
• Assist with SuccessFactors integration projects.
• Collaborate with HR Managers across EUA to meet reporting deadlines.
• Participate in salary survey data collection for compensation reviews.

Global Mobility –

• Manage databases of expatriate compensation data, staying on top of latest information
• Support Global Mobility manager

Key Requirements:

• Strong analytical skills and ability to produce accurate MI.
• Experienced with HR practices and systems, such as SuccessFactors.
• Project management skills for handling multiple responsibilities.
• Ability to collaborate and work in cross-functional teams.
• Reward and Global Mobility knowledge / experience
