We’re looking for a Reward Partner to join our People Team supporting the Insurance and Money Services team. This is a great opportunity to work closely with the senior leadership team as well as senior People Team colleagues at this exciting point in the development of the Insurance Money Services organisation. You will be responsible for leading the development, implementation and communication of the organisation’s Reward, Recognition and Wellbeing approach. The successful individual will also support the design and delivery of employee salary structures and benefit programs, providing relevant internal financial analyses and analysis of external practices to all levels of the Insurance and Money Services team. This role will be strategically important and support us to stand up and separate before leading critical Reward activity associated with the Tesco Insurance and Money Services long range plans. What you’ll be doing * Reward Cycle: Plan and deliver the annual pay review, out of cycle pay proposals and Gender Pay/Equal pay audits; propose recommendations based on insights, monitor outcomes and propose remedial actions where appropriate. * Partner with leadership teams and work collaboratively with Group colleagues on benefits programme design and lead the implementation to IMS. * Job Analysis and Evaluation - Contribute to the design and delivery of job analysis and job evaluation methods and processes; draft elements of the technical design; facilitate job evaluation programs and/or evaluate jobs, taking appropriate action to ensure consistency of standards. * Recognition & Wellbeing: Design and coordinate implementation of differentiating colleague experience initiatives, tools, and processes linked to health, wellbeing and recognition. * Incentive Program Design: Support the design and delivery of employee incentive programs; provide relevant financial, operational, and business performance analyses; investigate and analyse external practices. * Provide advice to leadership and the People team on pay decisions, policy and guideline interpretation and respond to queries from managers regarding compensation-related issues. We need you to have * Compensation and Benefits - Experience of designing and implementing reward and recognition systems. * Commercial Acumen: demonstrate holistic thinking and awareness of the business environment and objectives to develop solutions. * Project Management: Experience of managing projects and/or programs within desired cost, time and quality parameters. * Policy and Regulation - Up to date understanding of relevant laws, regulations and policies relating compensation and benefits. * Analytical skills and problem solving: Ability to analyse potential solutions and create recommendations based on the expected benefits, costs, and overall value of the solution for key stakeholders (up to and including Board level).
