Based in Staffordshire, their headquarters provide a vibrant and supportive environment, with the flexibility to work from home for the majority of the week.
The Role:
As a Reward Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the organisation's compensation and benefits landscape. They’re seeking someone with a broad HR background, coupled with a deep understanding of the sensitivity involved in managing reward programs. Your primary responsibility will be to serve as the face of the organisation for all things comps and bens, driving day-to-day operations with precision and finesse.
Key Responsibilities:
- Run day-to-day reward operations, ensuring seamless execution and compliance.
- Act as the go-to expert for all reward-related inquiries, providing guidance and support to employees and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the Senior Reward & Wellbeing Manager on annual reward activities, including incentive scheme processes, benefit renewals, and legislative compliance.
- Bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table, contributing to the continuous improvement of their reward strategies.
- Demonstrate ambition and proactivity in driving initiatives forward, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for excellence.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary up to £40,000, commensurate with experience.
- Hybrid working model, with approximately one day per week in their Staffordshire headquarters.
- Currently trialling a flexible working model in the organisation so will consider compressed 4 day working week, a 9 day fortnight model or both.
