AddressRisk Executive
This is a fantastic opportunity for you to join the Line 1 Risk Assurance team in the Customer & Conduct Department and establish a career in Risk, Governance and Compliance. Customer & Conduct are a first line team that sit across EUI Ltd. The Risk Assurance team are focused on supporting risk management processes and promoting consistency in risk management and Group Standards.
We are looking for a Risk Executive to sit in our area, whilst working very closely with the Travel department in the business to support their risk management.
About the role
Effective, structured management of risk and governance will be a key factor to the continued success of the department(s) you’ll be supporting. Your role will be to function as support to the Travel Risk Business Partner, facilitating and helping the business area you’ll work with to review their current risks and controls, building on current practices to develop the risk and control framework further.
Key Responsibilities
- Work within a small team to deliver key objectives set for the area.
- Support Risk Champions and the Risk Business Partner with the management of Risk Events and Risk Registers and adhoc work as relevant.
- Work on testing the effectiveness of controls within Risk Registers.
- Help to identify areas of risk.
- Keep a good record of your work.
Experience
- Confident in dealing with Stakeholders at all levels. This will include leading meetings.
- The ability to work proactively using your own initiative and work as part of a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Passionate about our customer and the journey they receive.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and develop.
- A genuine desire to contribute towards building a strong team culture, act professionally and be hardworking.
- A positive attitude with the ability to look for solutions and find a way.
- Confident in decision making.
Salary, Benefits and Work-Life Balance
