SalaryWe are supporting our Real Estate client with a Risk Insurance Manager hire. This is a permanent role to join an existing team of 6, with a focus on;
- Providing support in maintaining an insurance captive at renewal.
- Lead policy renewal process, including preparation of pre-renewal summary reports.
- Coordinate onboarding process for newly acquired portfolio companies.
- Lead support for portfolio companies with their risk management initiatives and proactively ensure they maintain comprehensive insurance.
- Engage with brokers, insurers and third-party attorneys to ensure insurance programs comply with lender requirements.
Previous experience in at similar role is essential, preferably within the Real Estate industry. Salary GBP80,000 - GBP90,000 per annum plus excellent benefits and bonus.
