Risk Assurance Officer, unique contract opportunity, 60% remote working

We are looking to recruit a Risk Management/Assurance Professional on behalf of a major Central Government Organisation, currently seeking a Risk Assurance Officer to join their team.

As Risk Assurance Officer you will join a unique Organisation within the Government, working within the Risk & Assurance Team. Your role will be focused on assisting the Risk & Assurance Manager with the development and implementation of the new Risk Management Framework.

This is an exciting opportunity that will add value to your profile, provide you growth opportunities and a healthy work-life balance due to the hybrid working model: 3 days/week remote and 2 days/week in the office.

The initial contract duration is 6 months, likely to be extended, providing you job security through current uncertain times.

We would like to hear from you if you have:

- relevant experience of working in/with risk management or a risk-related discipline

- knowledge/experience of ISO31000

- active/current SC clearance and UK nationality (can be dual, but one of them needs to be UK)
