We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team in Morden.
About the role
As a Repairs & Maintenance Support Officer you'll provide administrative support to assist with the smooth delivery of high quality responsive repairs, voids works and cyclical repairs services within the relevant area of operation. Contributing to effective monitoring and managing of the performance and on site progress of Clarion's Contractors you'll ensure works are delivered to the required quality standard, on time and to budget and will also provide reports on performance, analysis of activity and expenditure.
About You
You'll need an understanding of the repairs and maintenance function within the housing sector and the regulatory and statutory requirements associated with it. Experienced and proficient in operating IT systems, you'll support the maintenance and provision of comprehensive and up to date information, including records of assets and risks.
With knowledge and experience of operating and managing core housing, repairs, landlord compliance and relevant IT systems, you'll be able to demonstrate a methodical approach to work, with sound organisational skills, within a team environment but also with the ability to work on your own. An understanding of the processing, and validation of payment request made by Contractors and of Landlord Compliance and servicing requirements is essential along with a demonstrable commitment to customer service.

This is a hybrid role with a base location at our offices in Morden. Candidates will be expected to work from the office at least one day per week.
Occasional travel may be required with attendance at your designated office base and occasional travel to other Clarion offices as and when required.
