Key duties of the role:
- As a Rota Coordinator you will help with the day-to-day management of our staff and service user rotas in Surrey
- You will be a key member of our office team and have regular contact with Carers, Team Leaders and our Service Users.
- You will need to have a great telephone manner and be able to confidently answer telephone and email queries.
- This is a busy role which needs someone who can juggle priorities and solve problems
- You will be an excellent communicator and work well under pressure
- You will need to demonstrate the ability to prioritise work and deadlines
- Working hours will be 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday
- Full training will be provided
