As an Administration Officer you will work alongside your military colleagues and provide administrative support to the Armed Forces Careers Offices (AFCOs) to assist them in maximising RN recruitment and outreach activity and the entry of candidates into the New Entry Training Establishments.
1. Provide support, through the Team Manager (TM), to the management of all aspects of the recruitment selection process and administrative requirements, including but not limited to; updating Recruiting IT System (RITS) and actioning all tasks, including sending Joining Instructions on RITS, processing Residency Waivers, liaison with the Admiralty Interview Board (AIB), Recruitment Officer (RO), Recruitment Managers (RMs) and TMs as needed to progress applications. .
2. Support the booking of travel and accommodation for candidates for face-to-face events, including but not limited to: Booking medicals, Flying Aptitude Test (FATs) and Aircrew medicals, Candidate Preparation Courses (CPCs), Ships/Establishment visits/Look at Life.
3. Process Security Clearance requirements.
