Salary- You will collaborate directly with the founder, designer and Sample maker to advance the creative vision, transforming sketches into unique and innovative patterns
- As the sole Pattern Cutter, this is an exciting opportunity to provide valued input to a small team
- Ensure that all patterns are produced and finalised to the required fit and measurement standards
- Participate in fitting sessions, take comments, provide proactive and focused input to ensure further development and smooth production processes
- Work with the designer to create tech packs for production and review any issues that arise
- Work with designer to analysis return data and amend patterns as needed
