SaaS Sales Representative - Augmented Reality

Our client is looking for smart, driven and curious people to join their team. They are a leading technology company specialising in Augmented Reality (AR). Since launching in 2011, they have been a pioneering force in Augmented Reality and have since built an AR ecosystem. Their goal is big and unabashedly bold: to seamlessly and completely bridge the physical and digital worlds using their Augmented Reality technologies, making AR content creation easy and accessible for everyone.

THE ROLE

Our client seeks a passionate, highly driven and dynamic SaaS Sales Representative to join their fast growing team who is eager to demonstrate their potential whilst strengthening and developing their skills within a fast paced environment. As Sales Representative you will be the face and voice of their SaaS products responsible for selling their innovative Augmented Reality software solutions to businesses, fostering relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. You will play a crucial role in driving product adoption and helping their products reach new heights of success.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify leads, generating new business opportunities through various channels (networking, referrals, attending events, marketing etc.).
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value and benefits of their SaaS products.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team and initiate strategies to create and execute sales campaigns.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline and closing deals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Identify product and technology opportunities with enterprise customers and provide feedback to the product development team based on customer insights and market demands.

About you:

  • Be highly driven and passionate about the AR space and their AR solutions.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, with demonstrable success in achieving sales targets and growing revenue streams.
  • Understands business and the dynamics of dealing with people.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to adapt in real time.
  • Ability to understand complex software solutions and effectively target and communicate their value to potential clients. Also, be a creative thinker and be able to identify opportunities.
  • Experience in using CRM software to manage leads and sales activities.
  • Highly-motivated, autonomous, results-oriented mindset along with the ability to work independently or as part of a team with strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Experience in high-growth, fast-paced startup environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Desirable

  • Familiarity with the Augmented Reality industry.
  • Knowledge of subscription-based sales models and contract negotiations.
