SALES NEGOTIATOR / SENIOR SALES NEGOTIATOR– Residential Estate Agency

Location: Banstead SM7

Salary: OTE £40k

Position: Permanent – Full Time

This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, enthusiastic and experienced Sales Negotiator or Senior Sales Negotiator who is looking to develop a long and rewarding career within a long-established, highly professional, local independent estate agent based in the Banstead area.

You will need have a great track record in both property sales and the ability to seek and spot opportunities; familiarity with the local area would also be helpful. You will also need to be an energetic, proactive, articulate, influential individual with a passion for sales. Skills: The skills required for this Sales Negotiator or Senior Sales Negotiator (Estate Agent) role will include:

• Experienced residential estate agent
• Excellent sales ability
• Be target driven and tenacious
• High level of customer service skills
• Good telephone manner and positive attitude
• Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
• Knowledge of the Banstead and surround areas helpful
• Full driving license essential and own car essential
• Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
